Main Tasks:

1. Leading Responsibility for team building & growing.

a. Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, ramping up tax and customs team.

b. Coach and assign team member, clearly define roles and expectations in order to achieve team objectives.

c. Monitor, review and appraise team member’s performance.

d. Plan career development together with team member.

e. Develop and establish best practice in functional policies, processes and procedures.

f. Monitor and analyze tax & customs, organize the additional report and analyses as requested by management and by law.

g. Guide BU by researching and interpreting tax and customs policy; Ensure transactions in line with national and international laws and Group policies.

2. Ensure the compliance with national and international tax, customs and export control legislation including AUDI Group tax, customs, export control and corporate strategy.

a. Responsible for the implementation of the corporate tax, customs and export control strategy.

b. Responsible for implementation of tax, customs and export control Compliance Management System.

c. Ensure tax filings, provisions, management of tax, customs and export control reporting and tax processing for Audi FAW NEV Company.

d. Ensure Transfer Pricing Compliance and Transfer Pricing Documentation in line with group policies.

e. Develop and improve procedures to minimize tax, customs and export control risks.

f. Lead tax & customs projects and coordinate with external consultant and government authority.

g. Lead and accompany internal and external tax audit, customs and export control investigations with in-charge authorities.

3. Business partner with professional input and support for business development and align with corporate strategy.

a. Responsibility for the functional areas within the corporate decisions and strategies to achieve a significant impact on the company's goal.

b. Support business model set-up and development.

c. Support contract structure set-up and development.

d. Institutionalize business-driven tax & customs processes.

e. Support management and BU on issues and trends in financial operations related to tax and customs.

f. Report and analyze tax & customs KPI to identify underlying business opportunities and risks.

4. Build-up and maintain internal and external cooperation

a. Support CFO for corporate business and strategy.

b. Assist BU in development of daily business and new project by providing professional advice with wider implication.

c. Performance measure for corporate operations and new project from tax & customs perspective, problem solving and improvement exchange.

d. Buildup & maintain relationship with auditor and consultant to manage financial performance and risk.

e. Buildup and maintain relationship with government authority such as tax authority for communication and risk managements. Maintain cooperation relationship with AUDI Group Accounting Group Tax & Customs and group-related companies to align with group strategy.


1. Necessary education• bachelor’s or master’s degree necessary

3. Working experience

• At least 10 years relevant experience, 5 years management experience

4. Remarks

• CET 4, fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
