1.Analysis, evaluation and implementation of technical and process-related solutions
Obtain, process and evaluate information about the current status of quality-relevant production data (e.g., failure rates, rework, costs ...) with regard to the causes.
Analysis and evaluation of internal quality and buildability problems on the basis of complex drawings (calculation of missing dimensions), process uncertainties and field failures over the entire process chain, taking into account process reliability, cost-effectiveness, quality and functionality
Define and implement immediate or sustainable measures to improve product and process quality
Develop, evaluate and coordinate solution designs and classifications for the security of misconduct across departments.
Co-develop and implement concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards, check existing constructions, create drafts, coordinate a general rough concept with specialist departments
Analyze processes and operations of the entire process chain and make suggestions for optimization with regard to buildability, process reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Tracking of problem sheets up to SOP to avoid missing corrective measures during series start-up
2.Support of components, assemblies and complex assemblies with regard to buildability and quality
Redefine requirements for components, assemblies or assemblies in the event of abnormalities. Evaluate and implement innovative technologies
Assessment of the dimensional accuracy of components in the event of a problem via measuring and testing systems to be defined, including correlation to the laboratory environments. Developing the necessary aids on a case-by-case basis
Representation of the interests of the department with different objectives, also externally (e.g., suppliers)
Independent representation of the division in higher-level committees (P release round, product team...)
Participation in cross-departmental projects and processes (Robust Design, TKU, FMEA, CIP,...)
3.Coordinating Work Teams
Participation in the development and coordination of core tasks, goals, parameters for task- and area-related work teams, derived from corporate goals as well as budget, cost and personnel goals of the department.
Ensuring and reporting the timely and quality-oriented results for the individual CFTs
On-the-job qualification within the framework of the FAP through local analysis engineer in the context of a multiplier function
Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.
2-3 years or more relevant working experience.
3. 国内高校毕业生大学英语四级（CET-4 425分）及以上；海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平；较好的英语或德语阅读能力，能够进行日常对话。
Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
