Main Tasks:

1. Aligning with the stakeholders the business model for NEV Co After Sales Strategy and Business Modell:

同相关部门沟通协商NEV公司售后策略及业务模式:

- AGP/AGA business model

原厂配件/附件业务模式

- After Sales governance and steering model

售后管控

- After Sales strategic product portfolio

售后产品组合战略

- Customer satisfaction and loyalty strategy

用户满意度及忠诚度策略

- After Sales standards and quality management

售后标准及质量管理

2. After Sales business case evaluation:

售后经济性评估:

- Costs assessment and monitoring

成本评估及监控

- Business case calculation

经济性测算

3. Support and prepare strategic budget decisions in cooperation with NEV Finance and other entities involved

在公司财务部门及其他相关方的配合下,对预算决策提供战略性支持与准备

4. Monitor and steering After Sales operations:

售后运营管控:

- Design and enhance the cooperation model with the Sales and After Sales Business Units

设计并加强与销售和售后业务部门的合作模式

- Target setting for operational business

设立经营目标

- Evaluate corrective actions when the targets are at risk

当目标面临风险时,对补救措施进行评估

任职要求:

1. 国内统招大学本科及以上学历,或已取得教育部留学服务中心认证的“学历学位认证书”的本科及以上学历留学生。 Full-time domestic undergraduate degree or above, or international students with undergraduate degree or above.

2. 具备2年及以上相关工作经验。

2 years or more relevant working experience.

3. 国内高校毕业生大学英语四级(CET-4 425分)及以上;海外高校毕业生须达到同等水平;较好的英语或德语阅读能力,能够进行日常对话。 Graduates from domestic universities with CET-4 425 or above; graduates from overseas universities must reach the same level; good reading ability in English or German and able to conduct daily conversation.
